Build a Bigger Chest in no time

 

 





How does one get a big chest? The quickest way to a big chest and also strong chest is to stick with dumbbells for your chest exercises. The second part is a good diet.

First, throw out the sissy machines and stick with the hard stuff - free weights. Stay away from the bars too - yeah regular bench press (for the time being). The bench press is like an ego movement anyway. To get real strength and size stick with dumbbells.

What do I mean by "dumbbells"? I mean flat dumbbell press, incline dumbbell press, and decline dumbbell press. I really recommend 6 sets of incline dumbbell press and 1 set of flat dumbbell press for your chest exercises.





The secret to a big chest isn't the next crazed supplement. And it's not steroids! Who does steroids? 2 types of people: Professional body builders and wussies that don't know how to eat right.
