Use this bar when doing Tricep pushdowns

Exercise : Chin Bar
Instructions
Use this bar when doing Chin Bar Pulldowns for back. Can also be used for the 2 hand cable rows.

Exercise : Decline Bench
Instructions
This is used for chest exercise - when using dumbbells.

Exercise : Incline Set
Instructions
You should set the incline at about 3 holes back on most benches when doing incline dumbbell presses. If you are still unsure your angle should be about the same as an incline barbell bench.

This can be used in place of the v-bar in the v-bar pushdowns. This is also used for the 2 hand tricep extension and bicep hammer curls.
