It is accurate to 3.7% of underwater hydrostatic weighing (which is the gold standard)(1).
You want to keep track of your girth body fat percentage once every 1-2 weeks (more often if you are trying to get lean).
Just follow the instructions below and your body fat percentage will be calculated.
Keep in mind that not all values can be obtained because of the sample of men and women that the Naval Health Research Center used.
