Muscle Building Routines

 



These are 4 week muscle building workout routines to help you gain weight fast. There are 3 workout routines to choose from. To get the best results, 4 days a week is suggested. What is set up here is what is called a split routine. That is to say that you work your chest on one day, your biceps on another, etc.. The 2 days a week is meant for a rushed week. For example, if you have a vacation coming up, finals, etc.. then 2 days a week will keep you in gear. But, at least 3 if not 4 days a week will give you the best results.

These workouts start out very basic and are made for those that have never worked out before. If you are familiar with the gym and it's equipment and exercises then you can start with week 3.
